Employment Opportunities

Extended Day Program
The Extended Day Program is available at all of the elementary schools in our county and some services are offered at various middle schools.

We have approximately 3000 students enrolled and we are currently looking for new and energetic staff members to join the team as Extended Day Group Leaders or Site Managers.  

Group Leaders are responsible for the direct care of our school age students.   Work hours vary according to program needs.   Group Leaders work up to 35 hours per week and earn $7.36 per hour.   They plan and supervise activities, help with homework, play games, and do arts & crafts with the students.   High School diploma or GED is required.   Applicants with State Mandated Child Care Training are preferred.

Site Managers supervise Group Leaders.   They collect fees, keep account records, train and supervise the staff & students and interact regularly with parents / guardians.   Site Managers work up to 40 hours per week and earn $14.61 per hour.   High School diploma or GED is required.   Applicants must have experience in child care and must have State Mandated Child Care Training.   Management / Supervisory experience is preferred.
